David Jones provides an array of fashion services from a one-on-one styling appointment in one of our luxury suites, a lingerie fitting in a private and comfortable location instore and made to measure and alterations tailoring. We also offer health & wellness services including post-surgery prosthesis fitting and the Rose Clinic's health screening services to assist with the early detection of breast cancer.

The David Jones Styling Experience is a complimentary service. Bookings are essential.

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to a pre-appointment survey to help your stylist understand your shopping objectives. Here you will be able to provide your Stylist with information such as clothing size and brands you’d like to explore. Your stylist will also contact you by phone in the days leading up to your appointment.

You will find links to reschedule or cancel your appointment in your confirmation emails and texts. Alternatively, you can visit or call the store you’ve book to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Where possible, please contact the David Jones Customer Contact Centre on 13 33 57 and request to speak to the relevant store to let them know you’re running late. Each store will have a grace period that will allow your appointment to either still go ahead, or you may be required to reschedule depending on your arrival time.
