A ‘redeemable service’ refers to a service where the cost of the service can be fully redeemed on purchases within the brand's product range. For example, if a service is $120 redeemable, that means you will be able to redeem $120 worth of products on the day of your service.

Our service bookings have a minimum cancellation time of at least 24hrs, some longer, so you won’t be able to cancel an appointment if it is within the minimum window required.
