How To Use: 1. STIMULATE Apply a small amount of Or Rouge La Creme Regard on your fingertips. Take time to smell the fresh and natural flowery cream fragrance. Warm the formula onto the length of your fingers on both hands. 2. REIGNITE Apply Or Rouge La Creme Regard on lower eyelids using back and forth tapping pulsations with fingertips. Smooth the upper eyelids from the inner corner of eyes to the outer corner on crow's feet. Repeat twice on the eye contours. 3. ENERGISE Stimulate the energy points located under the eyebrows: at the base, arch, and tail of the eyebrow, then on the temple.
