Hand-picked, whole-bunch basket pressed and fermented wild before some lees stirring for 5 months. A bright coral. Aromas of poached strawberry, orange zest, thyme and other dried herb. Weighted just right to be thirst slaking and dangerously drinkable, attesting to the exciting ascendancy of rose in Australia. TASTING NOTES
Translucent pink hue. Aromas of cherry blossom, ginger tea and young blueberries. The palate shows sweet stone fruit, nectarine and blue plum. The texture is a pleasingly chalky, a light to medium-bodied rosé, with crunchy acidity and a refreshing, dry finish. FOOD PAIRING NOTESGreat with Spicy food and seafood. Liquor Act
