SPICY ZUCCHINI RELISH 330G

Zucchini grows so well in our part of Sydney. When we found ourselves with an oversupply, we were quick to experiment with ways to preserve the bounty of our garden. Voila! This Spicy Zucchini Relish was born.

The nutty, slightly sweet taste of zucchini is enhanced by a delicate marriage of spices and a touch of chilli, not too much, just enough to warm your mouth.

Eat this spread on crackers on its own or with cheese. It’s fantastic with charcuterie and cheese on a platter; dollop on the bottom of a quiche before you cook it for a surprise when you serve; toss through hot or cold pasta with some flaked smoked salmon and olive oil.
