This Green Tomato Relish is a delicate balance of sweet and sour with a touch of tartness. We grow many of the green tomatoes ourselves, personally handpicking the best of the bunch while they are still crunchy and bright. 

Delicious with quiche, omelets, or eggs any way; mix it into casseroles; combine it with sour cream for a dip; this is spectacular with a robust cheddar, a nutty Emmental or a creamy brie.
