Family Q Convection trays

Roasting and baking on your Family Q barbecue has never been so easy. These convection trays, used with a roasting trivet*, instantly transform your Family Q from direct grilling mode to indirect cooking mode.The design of the convection trays, with the trivet* placed on top, allows for heat to circulate evenly around the food. Fats and juices fall onto the tray during cooking, and create smoke and flavour, whilst excess drippings are channelled away from the burner to prevent flare up.  * Sold Separately.
