Joseph Walker opened the doors of his first bakery 125 years ago where the dream of baking Scotland at its finest became a reality. In the century and a quarter that has passed, Walker's has brought the joy of shortbread to over 100 countries worldwide and established itself as an iconic Scottish brand. An amazing achievement! In celebration, Walker's have released a limited- edition tin, being a modern day take on one of the original tins developed by the Walker family in the 1960s. Destined to be a collector's item, the tin features a beautiful illustration of the Walker's Kilted Lass, complete with petticoat, as well as their iconic tartan on the sides. Filled with large delightfully crumbly all-butter petticoat tail shortbread triangles, both the tin and contents are sure to delight. Five generations of family bakers later, Walker's remain true to their founder Joseph's recipes and ethos to bake the best and showcase Scotland at its finest.
