Bonus Offers (including gift cards) and gifts: Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers and gifts are limited to one per customer and available while stocks last. If the purchased item is returned, the bonus or gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund. All offers are subject to stock availability. Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Cancellations:
Please note that as these items are fulfilled directly from our vendors, a cancellation fee for any change of mind requests will apply. The cancellation fee is equivalent to 25% of the purchase price, and is in place to cover the cost of any markdowns associated with the sale of merchandise that had been ordered specifically for the customer or tailor made to suit the customer's requirements.
