The Double Old Fashioned Glass is the larger version of the SOF glass, though it does not hold twice the amount of liquid, as the name implies.

The DOF glass is used for drinks that are made up of large amounts of liquid, are served on ice, and do not fit into the SOF glass. These drinks may also have slightly lower alcohol content than drinks served in an SOF glass, because they contain larger amounts of non-alcoholic ingredients such as juice.
