Care Instructions:
Dry cleaning chemicals can damage some of the construction materials. Refer to the care instructions on the law-tag which is sewn into the border of your mattress and base. Every three months you should check your beds legs and re-tighten if necessary. Ensure your Sealy is exposed to adequate ventilation. Store Flat.

Cancellations:
A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total order price will apply to all CSOs that are cancelled by the customer, when the order cannot be cancelled with the vendor. The cancellation fee is in place to cover the cost of any markdowns associated with the sale.

All Sealy Mattresses and Bases are built to order. You will be contacted by David Jones in approximately 7-10 business days to arrange delivery.

Please note that as these items are fulfilled directly from our vendors, a cancellation fee for any change of mind requests will apply. The cancellation fee is equivalent to 25% of the purchase price, and is in place to cover the cost of any markdowns associated with the sale of merchandise that had been ordered specifically for the customer or tailor made to suit the customer's requirements.
