Cancellations: A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total order price will apply to all CSOs that are cancelled by the customer, when the order cannot be cancelled with the vendor. All Sealy mattresses, bases and bedheads are custom-built as per order. The estimated delivery timeframe is up to approximately 2-6 weeks. During this time, a David Jones Customer Care representative will contact you to book a suitable delivery date.

Cancellations?

All Sealy mattresses, bases and bedheads are custom-built and can only be cancelled prior to delivery. Any change of mind cancellations can only be made within 48 hours from purchase.
