Mt Horrocks was established in 1982 and purchased by the current owner, Stephanie Toole in the early 1990's. Her vineyards cover approximately 10-hectares in three different locations and her wine range covers riesling, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, semillon and the sweet riesling, Cordon Cut. PWS
Matured for 18 months in French oak (35% new). This is beautiful. A medium bodied, super-elegant, superfine cabernet. It remains true to its Clare roots with dark chocolate and cocoa scattered throughout the veritable forest of black and purple berries. ERIN LARKIN, James Halliday
