Currently produced in a variety of sheds in the Adelaide Hills, Les Fruits draws on its fruit from there, Barossa Valley and most recently McLaren Vale. All vineyards are farmed naturally using organic and/or biodynamic principals.

Around 60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Blanc from the Top Range vineyard on the edge of the Adelaide Hills GI. Organic farming. Hand harvesting with sorting in the vineyard.
