The Domaine de Villet is a small, family run estate in the Jura region of France. They have been making wines in Arbois since the 1900s. The family has a total of 5.4ha with the largest plantings being Chardonnay followed by Savagnin & Poulsard. They have been certified Biodynamic since 1988.
This is a clean, fresh, savoury and classy expression of Poulsard to be enjoyed slightly chilled on a hot day or at normal temperatuer with cheese or some cured meats. Sante! PWS
