The wines typically are Merlot blends and contain Cabernet and are similar in structure with ripe fruit and rich palate displaying earth wood and fruit in perfect harmony. An appellation you can buy with confidence. Michael Rolland is one of the most famous wine people in Europe having consulted for many chateau and producers over the years.
Ripe and lush fruit is on display here with generous but polished tannin and oak treatment. Red and black fruits abound with some spice and earth undertones. Drink now or hold for the medium term. PWS
