Founded by winemakers Jose Luis Gómez and his wife, Laura Rojo, in 2009, Casa Rojo is a wine company based in Murcia, Spain producing high quality wines. Their passion for the world of wine led them to embark on a wine tour of Spain with the goal of representing the most important Spanish terroirs and native grape varieties.

100% Tinto Fino, from the area of Castrillo de la Vega, located at an average altitude of 800 meters, in the province of Burgos. The grapes come from old vineyards between 26 and 50 years old, all owned by viticulturists in the area. Fermented and aged (12 months) in concrete tanks. Heading towards a more black fruit profile with a black currant, creme de mure thing going on and a hint of bitcumen and turned earth. Mid-weight in style with nice concentration and push from the darker fruit profile. It delivers plenty of concentrated fruit but does it all with bounce and vibrancy at the same time. PWS
