A collaboration and project between an Australian importer, Giorgio di Maria & Allesandro Bovio ¿ the two getting together and producing a lighter style of Nebbiolo for the local market. This is an ongoing project and one that has been highly successful and engaging for the local Australian palate.
These wines are grown on sandy soils allowing for more pretty fruit and perfume than the more structured classic Langhe wines. You can drink this with a charcuterie plate or out of the fridge on a warm Summer¿s day.
