The pan is made with a single piece of 2mm-thick, premium-quality stainless steel, and it can handle high heat, acidity and even direct flame contact without warping or discolouration.

It also includes a premium white oak cutting board with an innovative tilted design with grooves to collect all the delicious roasting juices for savoury sauces and gravies.
