Garagiste winemaker Jean and Helene Baptist Lointier have been growing both Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier across 3 hectares of vines since 2007, however prior to 2016 the harvest was vinified by others. Very much a home-grown operation, the winery and their home occupy the same premises, with a small production (entirely in-house) of 4,000 bottles per annum. The label follows organic and sustainable farming methods, with minimal intervention in the winery to produce a range of Ultra Brut Champagnes that have been aged in oak barrels and amphora.
