TNS INSULATED COOKIE TRAY 38CM

This large Cookie Sheet is a flat and rigid tray that can be slid easily in and out of the oven and is perfect for making biscuits and cookies, meringues, shortbread and many other baked foods where a specific cooking time is required. The air gap between the 2 layers of metal provides even heating control and when removed from the oven it cools down quickly preventing overcooking. The clean flat edge allows for cookies and biscuits to slide off the edge of the tray without the need to lift them off or out of the tray.

Developed to resist sticking from higher sugar content baking, the non-stick coating is silicone based, multi-layer and free of PFOA and PFAS.
