The Le Creuset story began in 1925 when an enamelling specialist and a casting specialist joined forces to create the enamelled cast iron cookware that is renowned and loved around the world today.
The enamelling expertise to make the iconic cast iron cookware is also used to create a range of glazed stoneware for oven to table serving, preparation and storage. Made from specialist clays and fired at the highest temperatures, the stoneware range is available in colours to match the cast iron cookware and other accessories to co-ordinate any table or kitchen. Mini Stoneware Casseroles are perfect for cooking and serving individual soups, stews, gratins, souffles and desserts; it is also the ideal size for dips, condiments, nuts and olives. The lid also makes it practical for heating up sauces in the microwave.
The durable glazed finish resists staining, chipping and cracking, and is easy to clean. Providing a totally hygienic surface, it will not absorb odours or flavours.
