Evoking the feeling of dining under clear skies on distant shores, Azure is a new Le Creuset colour inspired by the azure-coloured seas of the Mediterranean. Designed to enhance every décor, Azure refreshes the spirit and captivates the senses wherever it goes and however it's served.
Colour co-ordinated to match the cast iron cookware and stoneware accessories the Medium Spatula is the perfect size for preparing dense cake batters, such as muffins or brownies. The dual sided blade features a curved side for easy use in a mixing bowl, and a straight side for stirring in casseroles and saucepans.
Designed to be comfortable to use and kind to cookware this spatula will not scratch cooking or food preparation surfaces, making them ideal for use with non-stick cookware. A helpful design feature is the elliptical shaped handle that wont spin in your hand made from naturally antibacterial sustainably sourced wood.
