This versatile enameled cast iron 33cm Roaster in the colour Sage provides an even heat throughout the pan, making it ideal for roasting meat and potatoes or cooking homemade lasagne and crumbles. When roasting meat, the dish can be placed on the cooktop for deglazing a gravy or sauce.
Perfect for roasting a whole turkey, chicken or leg of lamb and side dishes where a wide flat based pan when even heat distribution is required.
