Using the latest multi-layering technology the uncoated stainless steel interior base is ideal for searing meat, fish and vegetables allowing them to caramelize adding delicious, extra flavour to the finished recipe. The Shallow Casserole can also be used without the lid as a frying and sauté pan on the cooktop or as a roasting and baking pan in the oven. When used on the cooktop or oven, heat spreads evenly throughout the entire pan from base to rim.
