This small organically run Tuscan estate sits just outside Panzano in the heart of Chianti. With prized vineyards on the sunblessed cru of 'Conca d'Oro,' the rollings heights of the region provide cooling nights and respite, injecting freshness and fineness into the wines. The wines are expressive and captivating with a chewy line of Tuscan tannins. They're fresh and tight in their youth and also age beautifully, the tannins will elongate and tertiary notes will appear.

Organic/biodynamic. Sangiovese grapes are specially harvested at the right degree of ripeness in order to obtain finesse and balance without excessive alcohol content. The de-stemmed grapes stay briefly in the press for a slight maceration. The must is then vinified ¿in white¿ at a controlled temperature. The richness of floral perfumes, delicate fruity hints as well as evident mineral notes, characterize the gustative freshness of our Rosato which, like all the other wines coming from our vineyards, shows elegance and persistence.
