How to use this product

Diffuser: Add 6-9 drops in total to the water in your diffuser.

Body Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2ml) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest or back. Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes.

Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.

Not recommended to use topically during pregnancy.
