ie Sleep Blend - No Lavender 10ml

A calming blend of 100% pure Sweet Orange, Marjoram and Roman Chamomile which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with sleeplessness including fatigue, nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.

METHODS OF USE:

DIFFUSION: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

MASSAGE: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Each mL Of Pure Essential Oil Contains: Citrus Sinensis, Sweet Orange, Fruit Peel , Origanum Majorana, Marjoram Leaf, Chamaemelum Nobile, Roman Chamomile Flower.
