Gin has been a steadily growing category in the drinks world for some time with a plethora of styles and options now on the market. We are particularly lucky here in Australia with a number of excellent local Gin¿s and even more so in Melbourne with the likes of the Melbourne Gin Company and now Four Pillars. Stuart Gregor, Cameron Mackenzie and Matt Jones are the brains and brawn behind this fantastic local Gin. Inspired by what could be achieved with a focus on the best distilling techniques and bringing a modern Australian sensibility to the process the boys toured the US West Coast, from Portland down to San Francisco, identifying distilling techniques and equipment they admired MYLES-PWS

Olive Leaf Gin is Four Pillars savoury gin, five delicious years in the making. It¿s textural, bright and perfect for a Martini or Gin tonic. We¿ve used three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria's Cobram Estate. Botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf transport you to the Mediterranean (even though they're from Cam¿s garden), while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern Australian. FOUR PILLARS
