Our preferred style is |wet¿, comprising of two parts gin, one part dry vermouth. Crisp, clean and clear. Perfectly balanced with a full mouthfeel. The Everleigh Bottling Co. Martini has a classic flavour profile. Juniper forward with bracing London dry gin, subtle notes of almond, menthol and citrus bark and lingering orange spice.
