How to use: 

Step 1: Line eyes with Double Wear Waterproof Eye Pencil as desired. To soften or smudge your line, blend quickly before it sets. 

Step 2: Starting at natural lash line, lift lashes with Turbo Lash Mascara brush, curling and twisting it as you go from base to tip. Repeat to build.  

Step 3: Apply Turbo Lash + Brow Serum at bedtime, after cleansing eye area.  

Lashes: Apply along base of lashline, from inner corner to outer, and brush onto lashes.  

Brows: Using short strokes, apply throughout the brow, end to end.
