RUTH DRESS + HEADBAND SET

This is the Ruth dress and headband set designed in 100% viscose dobby. It features a floral yardage print, has frilled edges to the neck and cuffs, an elasticated waist and faggoting lace detailing to the front. It also has a button back opening for easy dressing and is lined. The dress comes with a matching headband with fixed bow and elasticated back.
