The David Jones Elizabeth Street flagship has been a hive of activity for over 185 years, so naturally our 80,000 rescued bees feel right at home. Each season, our five beehives produce up to 100kg of honey, harvested with care by our friends at Urban Beehive. From their rooftop home in the beating heart of Sydney's CBD, the bees forage in nearby Hyde Park and surrounds to bring you a taste of the sweet life.
