DAVID JONES CHOCOLATE CHIP SHORTBREAD

Made with only three ingredients; flour, butter and sugar, to give a melt in the mouth texture for which shortbread is known and loved. Based on a traditional Scottish recipe, our shortbread biscuits are made by an Australian owned bakery that has been making shortbread for over 40 years in the picturesque yarra valley region, Victoria. We have added dark chocolate chips with minimum 43% cocoa solids to create an indulgent twist to the buttery shortbread.
