The Black Pearl Beluga 125g is our most luxurious caviar available, from the the Huso Huso sturgeon which are farmed in the crystal waters of Thousand Island Lake, Qiandao, China, by renowned caviar producer Kaluga Queen supplier to numerous Michelin restaurants around the world. The rarity of Beluga caviar is related to the fact the sturgeon doesn't ovulate until she reaches around 21 years old.

TASTING NOTES Use the caviar key, place just under the rim and apply pressure to gently pop open the tin. Serve with the mother of pearl spoon, which is an excellent choice for caviar; it is 100% natural and it is non-reactive and will not impart or alter the delicate flavour of the caviar.
Black Pearl Beluga Caviar 125g. The unique Beluga caviar ranges in colour from light to dark grey. Beluga pearls are smooth and even, with a beautiful sheen. With a diameter of over 3.5mm, this makes them the largest of all caviar. The palate has a full-bodied creamy flavour with long after-taste.
Perrier-Jouët. Grand Brut NV. A pale delicate, elegant and balanced champagne. The striking freshness and vivacity of the floral and fruity fragrances (yellow fruits and fresh fruits) take root, before giving way to subtle notes of vanilla and butter, lending the wine a fruity and consistent character. Lingering notes of grapefruit, white peaches, green pears, apple trees and green hazelnuts round off the taste. Ampleness and vivacity balance out in the mouth, developing into a flavour of round and vinous elegance.
