Grown 75km north of Kathmandu at the foot of the Ganesh Himal mountain range at 2200 – 2400 feet above sea level, on the banks of the Trishuli River. The coffee is shade grown and wet processed using Himalayan snow melt before being sun dried. This coffee is smooth with delicate floral tones, beautifully balanced body and hints of jasmine and cinnamon.
