WHAT IT IS

WHAT IT DOES

This pearl-infused illuminator glides over skin to deliver a smooth, naturally radiant finish and doubles as eye shadow to create luminous looks. Can be applied dry for a soft glow or wet for a high-impact finish.

HOW TO USE

For a soft glow, use the Precise Blending Brush (sold separately) to lightly dust Highlighting Powder on the cheekbones or anywhere you want to add a glow. If you're looking for a high-impact finish, spray the bristles with water and dip into Highlighting Powder, then apply directly to cheeks. Layer with blush if desired. For luminous eye looks, use the Eye Shadow Brush or Angle Eye Shadow Brush (both sold separately) to sweep across lids and under brows.
