- Ferrara Frypans by Ballarini feature a non-stick, mineral stone granitium internal and external coating for extreme durability
- Double layer hardening materials providing the Extreme Granitium coating with exceptional scratch and wear resistance
- Middle layer with diffused resistance, reinforcement structure with high mineral content
- Anchor layer, aluminium body (4mm), stainless protective external layer, Ssteel/aluminium two-ply base
- Thermopoint heat indicator on the handle of the fry pan shows when the pan has reached the perfect cooking temperature: Red means the pan is ready/Green means the pan is safe to touch and wash
- Withstands temperatures of up to 250°C when grilling and 160°C when cooking in the oven
- Free of PFOA, heavy metals and nickel
