The Desert Shore Silk Scarf is handmade in Macclesfield, UK, the historic hub of silk printing. The Alighieri new heritage design is printed on 100% silk, and completed with a hand-rolled hem. The debut Alighieri Silk Scarf Collection is inspired by the romanticism of what it means to explore the world, gathering talismans and memories as you go. The Desert Shore motif depicts our textured chain in a moment of unravelling, messy and tangled together - a metaphor for the way in which the most beautiful adventures are the ones that do not go to plan.
