The Collective

The David Jones Collective is a customer-led research panel. This community encourages participants to provide meaningful feedback to improve David Jones’ service offerings, product range and ultimately, create a better customer experience. Participants in the Collective will be invited to engage in various surveys on topics, such as, but not limited to:

  • Upcoming events (i.e. Black Friday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc.)
  • Your personal & social life (i.e. Weekend plans, upcoming events, etc.)
  • Your David Jones experiences (i.e. delivery options, brands you would like to see, etc.)
  • Your position on social and ethical topics (I.e. Sustainability, second-hand shopping, etc.)
  • What you would like to see more of from David Jones.

The David Jones Collective participants will have the option to enter a monthly prize draw to win 1 of 10 x $100 David Jones e-gift cards. Each survey completed within the calendar month counts as an additional entry toward that month’s draw. Winners will be notified within seven (7) business days of the draw. If you are a Prize winner in this Promotion, our promotions partner, Engage Australia Pty Ltd, will contact you to confirm your details. The email will come from ‘David Jones Prize Fulfilment’; the email address is davidjones@comms.engagehub.com.au. The winners can also be contacted via phone. Winners will also have their first initial, last name, and postcode published on the David Jones website at www.davidjones.com/terms-and-conditions on the ‘Winner Publication From [Date]’ specified in the table under section 9 Prize Draws. Survey responses are collated and analysed internally by David Jones Customer Insights team, who will then use this data to make informed decisions on how to improve David Jones products & service offerings.

All content you provide to us for the purposes of the Program such as survey responses and testimonials (Content) is the property of David Jones. You assign all proprietary rights (including any intellectual property rights) that you have in your Content to David Jones upon creation. You may opt out of receiving communications at any time by clicking the “opt-out” link at the bottom of any Program email communication or as per our Privacy Policy. If you opt out, you will no longer receive communications from David Jones about the Program and will no longer be a member of the Program.
