Gel Eyeliner lines eyes for enhanced definition, creating a customizable gaze. Available in three shades: 01 Cream, 02 Cocoa, 03 Black. 

How To Use: Apply at the outer corner, moving toward the inner corner of the eye. Blend out with Smokey Eye Brush 14. Diffuse and intensify with appropriate eyeshadow using Smokey Eye Brush 14 on the top and lower lash line.
