Tierra Noble is made with passion by the Herrera family at La Estacada just outside the beautiful mountain town of Mazamitla, Jalisco. La Estacada is the highest modern distillery on the planet at 7,200 feet of elevation, in Jalisco's Sierra del Tigre, a place of cool forests, clean air and pure mountain springs. Years of distilling have come to pass to get the process correct to produce such a spirit. 

As the name suggests lightly rested in American Oak for colour age and flavour. woody, peppery aromas but develops with hints of butterscotch, dried apricots and hazelnut dark chocolate. It's light to medium bodied with pine and juniper, mild agave and a drying, spicy-oak finish, rebounding with light agave and honey.
