A relieving blend of 100% Lavender, Peppermint, Lemon, and Lime pure essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with PMS and menopause including mild mood swings, menstrual cramps, mild anxiety, hot flushes, fatigue and sleeplessness.

METHODS OF USE:

VAPORISE: 6 - 9 drops to water in Diffuser.

MASSAGE: 6 drops to 12ml of massage base oil and massage over body.

SPRITZ: 6 drops in 100ml Spritz bottle of water and spray surrounding air avoiding eye area.
