Ben Glaetzers understanding of the ancient dry grown vineyards in the renowned Ebenezer district of the Barossa is evident in the stunning quartet of wines produced under the Glaetzer label. Exceptional fruit from a loyal group of third and fourth- eneration Barossa grape growers is the backbone of Glaetzer wines. With minimal intervention, Ben makes unique, harmonious wines which are regarded as classics  and unmistakably Barossa Valley. Quoting Ben Glaetzer as 2021 being a Classic Barossa Vintage this release of the Wallace is classic Barossa Valley and displays wonderful bright freshness. The Shiraz spends 18 months in 2 to 3 year oak and contributes with lifted red fruits and adds power with rich flavours. The Grenache is from 60 year old vineyards and is fermented separately. Adding spice and black fruits. The wine has beautiful soft tannins and the finish is smooth and textured. A great wine that represents exceptional value.
