This is a blend made to brighten. Our Citrus and Spice Blend is all about zest and zing. With a citrus punch, fruity aromatics and a savoury boost of nigella and cumin. This is a quick way to liven up your dinner. Use as a dry rub, in a marinade, or as a finishing salt.
