David Jones Icon, Premiere and Prestige credit cards are credit facilities provided by Latitude Finance Australia (ABN 42 008 583 588). Australian Credit Licence Number 392145. Earning David Jones Points: Earning of David Jones Points are governed by the David Jones Icon, Prestige and Premiere credit cards. Terms and Conditions are stated in the Conditions of Use. David Jones Points are earned for every Australian dollar spent on goods and services and are subject to your account being kept in good standing and is not overdue or in default.

Redeeming David Jones Points: Redemption of David Jones Points is subject to the David Jones Premiere credit card and David Jones Prestige credit card. Conditions of Use. The amount of David Jones Points required to purchase the item(s) is subject to change at any time. Minimum number of points apply for each type of redemption. Only Primary cardholder is eligible to redeem the David Jones Points. Gift cards are not refundable, may not be exchanged for cash or credit and are valid for a period of 36 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Complimentary Gift Wrapping: Available whenever you purchase using a David Jones Icon, Premiere or Prestige credit card instore or online at davidjones.com. Complimentary gift wrap services are not available for larger items and may be limited during peak periods.


Complimentary Alterations: Complimentary alterations are available on women’s and men’s apparel purchased instore at David Jones on the David Jones Prestige credit card. Offer excludes David Jones Bridal. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once altered.

Personal Styling Suite Offer: Receive a $150 David Jones gift card when you spend $1000 using your David Jones Prestige credit card in one transaction during a Personal Styling Suite appointment. Offer is valid once per annum. This card will expire 30 days after the date of issue. Please treat this gift card as cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This card, once activated, may only be used for purchases at David Jones, in the country of issue. This card cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or used to pay any David Jones or other branded credit card accounts. The available funds will be verified on request or at time of purchase. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases in David Jones. Any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use. These terms and conditions may be amended by David Jones from time to time. Travel Discounts: Offers may be extended or withdrawn and are only available via the Latitude App. Exclusions and T&Cs apply.

Complimentary Lounge Passes: Two (2) complimentary lounge access are available to David Jones Prestige account holders during a calendar year. Each booking is admission to one (1) person only. Additional guest or beyond the 2 complimentary lounge access will be chargeable at the rate applicable at the time of access. Account holders must confirm their lounge booking in advance through Luxury Escape website. Please refer to ‘Inclusion’ and ‘Things to Know’ while booking on Luxury Escape website. Please provide promo code available on the Latitude Mobile app for your account to gain complementary lounge access. Once confirmed, you will receive booking confirmation email. Eligible account holders and accompanying guests must abide by the rules and policies of participating lounge. Charges for any other lounge facilities are at the discretion of the lounge operator and account holder is responsible for paying these direct to the lounge staff. We reserve the right to terminate your complimentary airport lounge access program anytime without prior notice to you.

Complimentary Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is underwritten and issued by AIG Australia Limited ABN 93 004 727 753, AFSL 381 686, level 19, 2 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“AIG”) under a group policy of insurance issued to Mastercard. In arranging the insurance Mastercard acts a group purchasing body under ASIC Corporations (Group Purchasing Bodies) Instrument 2018/751.
Eligible persons who can access the complimentary travel insurance are the current holder of the David Jones Prestige credit card which entitles them to these travel insurance benefits. Eligible persons can claim as third-party beneficiaries by virtue of the operation of s48 of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984. If an eligible person wishes to claim any of these travel benefits, they will be bound by the eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, limits and exclusions contained in the group policy of insurance and any insurance document provided to the eligible person and which both may be amended from time to time. Eligible Persons who can access the complimentary e-commerce purchase protection insurance are David Jones customers who hold the relevant credit card which entitles them to these e-commerce purchase protection insurance benefits. It is important you read your David Jones credit card e-commerce purchase protection insurance Terms and Conditions and consider whether the insurance is right for you. You will need to obtain your own independent advice about the insurance or and whether it is appropriate for you. Eligible persons can claim as third-party beneficiaries by virtue of the operation of s48 of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984. Conditions and Exclusions apply to this insurance coverage as set out in the group policy and any insurance document provided to the eligible persons and which both may be amended from time to time. Interest Free: To take advantage of up to 55 days Interest Free on everyday David Jones credit card purchases, you need to pay the full closing balance on each statement of account by the applicable due date.
Additional Cardholder for David Jones Premiere and David Jones Icon credit cards: Additional Cardholders must be 16 years of age or over. The Primary Cardholders will be liable to pay for all transactions made by Additional Cardholder. An Additional Cardholder annual fee applies.
